Privacy policy

This page describes the privacy architecture and intended handling of personal and clinical information in Veltron Physio. Final legal terms will be reviewed before production launch.
Information we process
Veltron Physio processes account, clinic, staff and patient information required to provide clinic operations and rehabilitation workflows. The clinic remains responsible for ensuring it has an appropriate basis to enter and use patient information.
Purpose and access
Information is used to operate the service, secure accounts, support authorized clinical workflows, process subscription activity and improve reliability. Tenant and branch access controls are designed to prevent unrelated clinics from accessing one another’s data.
Consent and patient rights
The product architecture supports versioned consent, withdrawal history, access and correction workflows, retention controls, and deletion or anonymisation workflows where legally appropriate.
Storage and security
We design for encryption in transit, secure sessions, role-based access, audit history, signed file access and operational backups. Large clinical files are stored in controlled object storage rather than directly in the application database.
Contact
Privacy and grievance contact details will be published before production launch. Questions may currently be sent to privacy@veltronphysio.in.
