These draft terms describe the intended service relationship for the Veltron Physio platform. They are provided for product development and will receive legal review before production use.
Service
Veltron Physio provides software for clinic administration, clinical documentation, patient engagement and related workflows. It does not replace professional clinical judgment, diagnosis or emergency care.
Accounts and authorized use
Clinic owners are responsible for maintaining accurate organization details, assigning appropriate permissions and ensuring users protect their account credentials. Access may be restricted where use threatens the security or integrity of the service.
Subscriptions
Trial duration, prices, feature availability, usage limits, renewals, cancellations and grace periods are governed by the configured subscription plan shown during checkout. Payment status is confirmed by the platform backend and payment provider records.
Clinical records
Clinics remain responsible for the accuracy, lawful collection and professional use of patient records. Veltron Physio preserves clinical and financial history where required and provides controlled export and retention workflows.
